Vishweshwar Bhat is a prominent journalist and author based in Karnataka, India. He has authored a total of 83 books in the Kannada language. He has held editorial positions at well-known newspapers such as Vijaya Karnataka and Kannada Prabha, as well as at the television channel Suvarna News. In collaboration with Sri KP Nanjundi, he founded a media house called Vishwakshara Media Pvt. Ltd. where he served as the Managing Director. Vishweshwar Bhat is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Kannada daily newspaper Vishwavani. The newspaper was relaunched on January 15, 2016, with expanded circulation throughout Karnataka, having previously been published and circulated primarily in Hubballi.
