Once the order is dispatched, There is no cancellation Option available. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking,  Instant refund will be credited to Pustaka Mane Wallet on the same day. For Bank Transfer, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you receive you the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
